SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Important: Before making a purchase, please review all International Service disruptions website here.

  1. All physical orders (domestic and international) will be shipped out from the UK. Tracking may be included in your purchases for an additional cost. Please be sure to include this option on your orders.

  2. International orders - Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

  3. Digital PDFs will be emailed after all physical packages have been shipped. Please allow for up to a month once the shipping period has begun for digital items to be sent. We will make an announcement on our social media when digital bundles have been sent out. Often, digital PDFs can land in your junk folder, so please be sure to check there first. If you still haven't received anything from us, please send us an email.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Please note that all items are paid to produce. The information below contains rough estimates. Please allow for ~1-2 months of production after preorders end.

UK: Approx. delivery 1-2 weeks after sending packages out

International: Approx. delivery 2-9 weeks after sending packages out

Tracking information will be available, should you include it in your order, as soon as your package has been shipped.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Please note that all products in https://azuredrops.bigcartel.com are preorder items unless specified otherwise in their description. Orders are estimated to be shipped out in February to March 2024.

    Shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19, shipping complications, increased lead times, cultural holidays and production delays. Announcements will be made on our social media pages should any delay occur.

  2. All sales are final after orders have been shipped out. We will only issue a refund if your order has not been shipped yet. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting for a refund. Please note that we can only refund the net amount we received from the transaction; tax charged by Bigcartel and transaction fees taken by Paypal/Stripe are non-refundable.

  3. Please carefully review all item descriptions prior to purchasing. Once orders have been shipped out, they are out of our control. Tracking numbers may be provided if included by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their order once it’s shipped.

  4. Before the shipping period begins, we will send out an email at least one week beforehand to fill out a Google form for any address changes. You can also send an email to [email protected] at any time. Please include your full name, order number, and your new address in the following format:

  5. All items will be securely packaged in a bubble mailer. We are not liable for damage during shipping, transit, and handling.

  6. We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. Orders can be reshipped, if stock is available, upon purchasing again. Please send us an email so we can directly work on this with you.

  7. Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting an exchange.

  8. Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless the buyer pays for shipping again.

  9. The Azure Drops mod team reserves the right to cancel or refund a buyer's order should they violate any of the policies above.

FAQ

Q: How long is the preorder period?

A: Preorders will be open Oct 2nd until Nov 6th, 2023. We will make announcements on our social media pages if we decide to extend the preorders period.

Q: Where are you shipping from?

A: We will be shipping from the UK.

Q: Are you shipping worldwide?

A: We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions currently active for that country. Please be sure to review this prior to purchasing. If we find issues sending packages to your country, we will send notification via email and can work out shipping alternatives or a refund.

 

Q: What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?

A: Buyers have the option to include tracking on their order. We are not liable for stolen or damaged packages during shipping, transit, and handling.

Q: What currency do you use?

A: All prices are in USD.


Q: Do you allow group orders?

A: If you’re interested in doing group orders, please send us an email at [email protected].
We will coordinate with you on how to work the group orders out.

Please note that the Azure Drops team is not responsible or liable for any issues regarding group orders outside of the order request. We do not vouch for any individual group order or person. We will work with the group order point of contact with invoicing for bundle pricing and shipping costs.

Important: Group order packages will incur VAT and processing fees at customs. You will be notified by your local delivery service during transit. Please be aware of these extra expenses before placing an order. The Azure Drops mod team will not be responsible for additional charges after shipping.

Please be sure to check for any postal service disruption before reaching out and placing group orders.

Q: When will I receive my order(s)?

A: Our shop runs on a preorder system, meaning that we will only begin production and shipping after the preorder period ends. Preorders are scheduled to end on Oct 31st, 2023. Following this, production will take approximately 3 months. Please follow us on social media for updates on production and shipping.
